Housemate Wanted, Small log home on 35 wooded acres. Looking for a housemate at my cabin in Del Agua Canyon Ranches in the mountains near Trinidad, CO. The cabin, which is actually a small log home, is on 35 wooded acres. Panoramic mountain views with a variety of wildlife and the property is secluded. The cabin has electric and wood stove heat, dish tv and I have wireless broadband with Verizon, well water, 2 bdrm 1 bath, $290 + ½ elec or 85/wk. I can email more pics and have video clips from a remote camera of the wildlife on the property, (very cool). This is a fantastic place to live if you want to get away. I am very quiet, clean, unassuming and respect peoples solitude always. I don't have any pets at this time. It is very quiet here and there is no traffic at all until you get down to I-25 which is eight miles away and it is a very easy drive into Trinidad. To live here you would probably want to either work in Trinidad or be financially independent. I am trying to get to the point where I have a totally self sustaining lifestyle. The winters here are comparatively mild and it is always sunny. No Lease needed. Trying to find a roommate that I can trust.
